I realize it's up to the module maintainer to make sure the links on their module pages work, however, since this affected so many would it be possible to a mass "find and replace" type operation to fix the broken links to the GIT repo?

For example on this page: http://drupal.org/project/jquery_ui
The "read documentation" link goes to the old repo: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/drupal/contributions/modules/jquery_ui/REA...

The new link should be: http://drupalcode.org/project/jquery_ui.git/blob_plain/HEAD:/README.txt or similar.

If you think this issue belongs in the affected Module's queues, then I can certainly start opening them there.
