After completing the initial site setup wizard, most site administrators (who are not Drupal experts) are not customizing their sites further. To encourage continued customization and site upkeep, we need to determine what customizations to encourage and make a toolbar with those settings for administrators.

o name, slogan, etc.
o google analytics settings
o facebook settings
o google webmaster tools settings
o taxonomy (categories and tags)
o google maps settings
* Site Features (Feature modules to enable / disable)
* Users
o Add users
o User settings
o List users
* Content
* Blocks
* Feeds
