WSOD after setting index configurations

When on the Index tab when I click "Set Index Configuration" I get a white screen of death. But it is not a normal white screen, I put the error logging code at the top of my index.php and the page is still blank, and I in my error log I get that it can't find my favicon (one for each time I run hit the "Set Index Configuration" button). Any ideas? Is there a way to check to see if my table have been indexed? (I have tried hitting the button with no databases checked and I still get the WSOD)
