I dont understand why Drupal allowed such stuff to be there in module list for so long. What is the use to keep just a shell devoid of any functioning. I feel it shud be removed from the list. No point keeping a Non-functioning stuff

I'm not aware of a remove button for this.

Sorry if we changed direction and did not need this anymore.

On the other hand, you could take over and make it work 8-)
