hello friends
i just created a new site with forums
but i am unable to show a create new topic and mark all read options on top of the forums
should i need to change in codes or some configuration setting will done it.
please tell me if there is any solution?

Use advanced forum module..
Use advanced forum module.. Else, you'll have to customize your forum tpls to include those links and then theme it.. http://drupal.org/project/advanced_forum
