Deleting views with active blocks gives fatal error

Hi,

Deleting a views that still has blocks used under Structure > Blocks will result in a Fatal error under Blocks and Block rebuild.

Deleting the respective blocks from mongodb fixes the issue. Maybe it should do this via a hook or something?
