The idea is to have a way to list the number of users visiting (anonymous), connected to and registered on a Drupal site, like so (for example): drush ur o

Patch needs some work, but then again, so does the various 'user' commands in drush core.

I think it makes more sense to put this in core, but since moshe doesn't want it there, I'd take a cleaner verison here.
