This is a urgent matter, pls, i just added a new cck normal text field to the node where my private numbers are stored. Just made a bulk update to this new field and when i see, all the private numbers become their hashed text... pls help!!! it's more than 400 nodes of data.

Is here a way to recover?

I shall add, i used VBO to make the bulk update. And the private number field is in a multigroup.

I just checked, using my cypher key and some data to test, my data is still there, just cyphered, i just don't know why the field shows me the cyphered data and not the real data. Even, i have Revisions activated, the last revision shows me the perfect data, when i revert, the private number field reverts into the cyphered text too.

It seems that when you apply VBO or Revision, they change something at some place at the database (or don't change some needed value of private number) that prevent the private number to shows or uses it widget for masking, resulting in users viewing the raw data saved in database.

I'm kinda desperate, pls, i need some advice to recover...

Learned lesson, i'm installing Backup and Migrate module and using it from now on, but still need to restore actual lost.
