This is probably a stupid question, but here's the situation. The News Aggregator module is working great, placed the block with the latest items from the feed into a sidebar... so far so good. It works great when I am logged in, however the block completely disappears when I am not logged in.
I set visibility settings so it can be seen by any user, and the other item(s) in the sidebar are visible. Is that particular type of block invisible if someone is not logged in as a user at all?
Thanks for any input!

Seconding that
Hi there,
is nobody using this block type? I am having exactly the same problem now, the block just disappears! Everything else works well. What is going on?
You need to go into User
You need to go into User Management > Permissions and enable anonymous users to view the module.

This also tripped me up, and
This also tripped me up, and the solution is indeed as AnthonyBruno describes.
However I would suggest that, since under Block Configuration, it asks to set what users see the bloc, to have this setting in TWO places is confusing... Might want a simple "(also see User Permissions)" in that menu for bloc visibility.
