I'm not sure that this is a ninesixty issue, but I'm at a loss on trying to customize my theme. I'm attempting to make different parts of the page a different color compared to the page background along with borders, but the first problem I've run into is with sidebar-left. The navigation block has list items and the item bullets are to the left of the area that picks up the background color. This is true whether I put the background color setting on sidebar-left or on block-system-navigation; the total area that picks up my background-color setting is different, but the area does not enclose the list-item bullets.
