After sending a test via htmlmail, i get a fatal php error saying saying function _drupal_html_to_text() could not be found b/c it doesn't exist.

Temporary solution for me is to use the 7.x-2.x-dev (which I had downloaded on 5/4/2011). Note the current 7.x-2.x-dev version also throws this error for me on a live site.

I gather this error stems from http://drupal.org/node/299138#comment-4384420 but just for the record.

This also affects the 6.x-2.17 build branch with Drupal 6.22 and Pressflow 6.22

I confirm the problem with the 6.x-2.17 build branch with Drupal 6.22. I had to switch back to 6.x-2.14. I did not take the time to find where the problem was.

confirming bug with 6.x-2.17

The correct function is drupal_html_to_text, not _drupal_html_to_text.

Fixed and pushed to all three versions; rolling releases now. I will be so glad when the core issue is resolved and I can drop this workaround!
