Description

The Calendar seems to display nodes with their military time. I don't see any options to display it as Civilian vs. Military.

The time formatting is set in Views. In the 'Fields' section of your view you will see options on what format to use for the date display. For CCK date fields you have a number of options that you can control when you edit that field. For other date fields you have a choice of you system date formats (which can be changed in the administration area) or a place where you can enter custom format code.

I'm sorry, but this didn't get it for me. And perhaps it's just in the syntax and you can do this, but I'm not seeing it.

Do you mean in the 'option' dropdown? This gives me things like "default, long, medium, short, ISO, timestamp" but changing this doesn't affect the output of the calendar view. Still just Military time.

Found it:

"Look for the Setup tab when viewing your calendar. That is where you can set the format."

(Tabs must be enabled on your theme, at least for the Calendar view)

See this thread: http://drupal.org/node/131911

Is the calendar view that is being discussed the one at www.example.com/event that is created through the Event module or the one that is created through the actual Calendar module? The one I am trying to change from military to civilian time is from the Event module. Do I need to have Event_Views installed?

I can't find the setup tab for the Calendar OR the Event module to implement this. So as a side question, how do you enable tabs in your theme?

Help!
