Use with Hierarchical Select

Hi guys !

This module is perfect and just what I needed. Congratulations to the maintainer !
As I needed more usability for one of my customers with big taxonomy trees, I've tried to add the support for Hierarchical Select (if you have hs_taxonomy enabled).

As hs-taxonomy works pretty well with related terms out of the box, I thought it wouldn't be hard to make it work with taxonomy_vocab_relate...
