I've enrolled the UserPoints module on an existing site and tried to do the Retroactive for getting all the points for previous work and content created by my users. The result was wrong and after some probing in the database and manual calculation I discovered that the Retroactive module doesn't take into count that I also have activated the Userpoints-flag module so that the user which gives a flag and a user that receive a flag gets points at well.
I've tried to look in the retroactive module code but haven't been able to create a patch which corrects this.
