Add plugins managment in profile settings with autoloading them.
From now it's not needed to add anything to config file to load plugin, u only upload plugin to plugins directory of ckeditor module and then it show up in profile settings where u can enable it.

Please check the latest dev release and let me know if you notice any poblems with it. Remember to clear Drupal cache and browsers cache before testing.

Add support for Linkit module - displayed in plugins list after module install and add Linkit button to toolbars.
