Post Comments restriction by Content Type

Hi all,

I have a website with a forum and a couple of CCK content types. I would like anonymous users to be able to post comments on the CCK content types but only authenticated users to be able to post in the forum. So far I haven't been able to fathom it out - can anyone help?
