Views Bonus Export headers don't allow IE to download the file

I've run into an issue where the Pragma: no-cache header doesn't allow Internet Explorer to download the file (i.e csv, xls) that is exported from a view. To fix this I've patched the module file with the attached patch which fixes the issue.
