Great module, just wondered if it's possible to remove the name field & label easily as I don't really need to collect this data or for them to even appear? Thanks.

Same. Subscription form should be more configurable. I recomment to add option to move label to placeholder.

Seems like the module already supports hiding the name field, but has a bug, which does not show the option in the block configuration.

Attached is a patch to solve this.
