different permission user can not see/create NODE TABLE content type

Hi,
This is a great module, it works well. As an administrator I could create /see Node Table content type, as for the different user with different permission could not see Node Table Content Type to create new tables.
After going through many hours and trying out many options, I found out missing code in modules itself.
Here is the patch I created, it works perfect, with any user who have permission to create Node Table Content Type.
Hope this will help someone who may be on similar track.
