I am about to launch our new Drupal based intranet site. The only thing I am missing is some sort of Address Book / Contact List / Phone List / whatever you want to call it. I have done a bunch of searching and I found both the addressbook module and the LDAP addressbook module. The LDAP addressbook module would be perfect but there is not a version for 5.x (I put in a request for it). The addressbook module seems to me more targetted at a family than a business.

I have also seen sparse mentions of using flexinode or cck to do this but it wasn't immediatly obvious to me how to do that.

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with doing this?

On the mailing list I know people are using it with drupal 5 now. check it out, they are a cool group and it is really well developed CRM

I did see this but skipped past it because there was no 5.x version and it seemed like overkill for a simple phonelist. But I'm going to give the dev head version a shot right now. Thanks for the suggestion.

Any updates to this? I'm in need of an Address/Phone book of some sorts with adjustable permissions.....

also, what's the name of the LDAP module?
