I enabled the VSA module and immediately my Lightbox and other jQuery code stopped running.

Troubleshooting:
1. I disabled VSA and my Lightbox and jQuery code starts working again

There appears to be a conflict between the VSA module and other jQuery dependent modules or code. Is there a way to resolve it?
