I'm having a problem with drupal and htmlarea. Everything works fine for roles with (x) bypass data check, but for other roles any text intered into an input box causes an error:
"Terminated request because of suspicious input data."

The tags that piss off drupal are "head" "html" and "body". I don't see why these tags need to be inserted anyways. Is there a way to make html area stop inserting head html and body or is there a way that i can get drupal to stop complaining about these tag? Adding them to the allowed tags in html filter did not help either. I don't consider it an option to alllow all roles to bypass input check.

Can anybody help?

...until, all of a sudden, IE starts reporting "terminated request because of suspicious input data". I have had a few of the HTMLArea users on the site report this. No one using Firefox has.

...a comment on THIS site. I entered in only a "head" tag to see what would happen. So, obviously, this is a problem where HTMLarea is entering in unecessary code.

I just had to test things out for myself.

I am seeing this in a cron run when aggreating some sites this is the logfile entry any way to aggreate the data anyway?

It seems to not like the following replaced some letters to get it this into the forum.

Another tag that pisses drupal off is "form", like I've just found out.

Any fix for this, without enabling the bypass input check for every user out there?

how do you enable the bypass input check? I'm havig the same problem with the form tag in mine?

It's in admin/access (administration panel for "access control), in the system.module options.

I was having a similar issue, and cleared it up as I described in this post. To summarize, check the options you have enabled on the "js plugins" tab -- it is possible/likely that one of those plugins is inserting the suspect code.
