When I set "Vertical scroller delay" to any value other than "None", the content does not scroll at all-ever.
I've attached the exported view in a text file for anyone that is curious about the details.

The view I attached previously was the view without the delay, which works correctly. Here is the exported view with a delay of one second selected. This is the version that does not work correctly.

One more update:
I just received a message that I had not seen before:
"Notice: Undefined index: vscroller_delay in template_preprocess_views_ticker_view() (line 35 of C:\xampp\htdocs\DEC-AZ\sites\all\modules\views_ticker\includes\views_ticker.views.inc)."

Looks like there was some problem with git commit. It is working now in 7.x-1.12. I have downloaded the release from project page and tested it. Sorry for inconvenience.
