Node type and user role colors can't be disabled.

I'm working on a module where you can pair classnames with a color. I made an hardcoded couple of "fc-event-default" and a custom color. I disabled all the other color options.

Result ==> The content types still got their custom colors even if the option was disabled.

Attached patch adds the extra check needed for this :)
