Issue Summary
I get this error when I try to add an account. I know the code is the right one, but I get that error. Could anyone help me?

In Flickr on the top you find "Signed in as" copy this name as the user account.

I'm having this issue.
When I directly access flickr's api through a web browser, all is well, but when I try to do it via this module, I get this error message. That lets me know that my api key and username are just fine, but somewhere between hitting the save button on the add new user page, and getting the refresh, something goes wrong.

I get the same issue.
When I first tried adding my Flickr account, I got this message: "Cannot add this flickr account, it is already configured on this website."
So I changed my Flickr username a while ago and tried again, but now I get "Account not found on flickr.com"
Any suggestions?
