Disqus block comment module broken on book pages

I've installed the disqus module. I use the block display option, positioned under main content in my theme (pixture_reloaded/adaptivetheme). It appears to work fine on Blog pages. I went into the module configuration, and also enabled it for Articles and Book pages. However, on Book pages, it doesn't render completely. All I see is the top part of the rounded corner box for it, and then it is cut off, going straight into my footer module. This is all below the left-right adjacent page navigation element at the end of the book page content. In View Source, the HTML on a Book page appears to be the same as it is for Blog pages.
