Not sure if this is a bug in Features, Views, or here.

I added the tweetbutton field to a view, and put the view into a Feature. Tweetbutton doesn't get added as a dependency to the feature, yet it ought to.

I suspect this is a bug in your Views handler implementation, as the views field fb_social_like from fb_social module behaves as expected.
