If my site has 10 different user roles and each user is only able to be one of these 10(in addition to the 'authenticated' role, ofcourse), how can I use taxonomy to tag each of these roles with a different term so that I can create user lists and directories to filter on these user roles(using the associated taxonomy tag)??

Help is much appreciated... thank you!

Users can be added to as many roles as needed.

Basically permissions stack however Deny (Taxonomy) overrides anything.

I don't understand your response. My problem was that I need a way to tag a user group role with a taxonomy term. This would be similar to the 'user badges module' but I would rather tag them with a taxonomy term.

I'm sorry if I didn't understand your response. I can clarify further if needed. Thanks.
