Do somebody working on D7 version? Could maintainer add new branch in GIT? I can to help with the port.

yes, Vaidik ( http://drupal.org/user/1105596 ) is already working on the port,I will be doing minor testing,etc - you can join us for sure :)

Changing version now that we have a 7.x branch :) What are the hold ups on getting the D7 version to stable-release state?

I've been working on the google_groups module and am creating a 3.x branch that will use OAuth 2.0. Would love not to reinvent the wheel and depend on this project instead. Maybe I can help get a stable release out, let me know what's left!
