The preview button is broken on comments using this module.

Current behavior is still buggy:

Preview loads unajaxed, posting from preview screen results in a messy mess (empty content area) but after reload the comment is there.
Notice: Undefined index: title in theme_links() (line 1463 of /is/htdocs/wp1141249_Q7UT4FKE6D/www/drupal/includes/theme.inc).
This notice seems to be related. I am using Bartik btw.

Previewing a reply breaks completely. I only get a download dialog.
