question about D6 vs D7 version of this module

in the project page and website you talk about a Views 2 style plugin

but in D7 are Views 3 plugins the norm ?

does that mean that the D6 Views plugin is a different version of Views ? in the Readme and the module info file there is no version information

anyway, I will be working through this over the summer, but just thought I'd put the question out there

This is probably too late to help you, but for anyone else who runs across this: Views 2 is not available for D7, only Views 3 is. One quick way to find out which version of Views you're running on a Drupal 6 site is to go to admin/build/modules, scroll down to 'Views,' and look at the version number listed next to it.
