Hi, using custom_search in multilingual site, in search results i have:

how to remove "language English"

This has nothing to do with Custom Search.
If you want to change the display of the search results, you have to go your content types, then "Manage Display" (admin/structure/types/manage/xxxx/display)
There, in the "Custom Display Settings", enable "Search results".
Now you can configure the display of the results (admin/structure/types/manage/xxxx/display/search_result), and hide the language field.
