Like on another fields, i.e. in CCK or Webform, it would be nice, that name and e-mail field will be prepopulated with logged in user name and e-mail, or something else from Token.

Agreed - if you're only allowing logged-in users to use Contact (which is how most people will use this I think), it shouldn't ever be necessary for the user to enter either their email address.
