After installling 'tac_lite', I noticed the submodule 'Taxonomy Access Control Lite Create'. According to it's description, it's supposed to "Hide taxonomy terms on node add/edit forms". At least for user #1 this seems to either have no effect, or I don't understand how this works.

If I want to hide an access control vocabulary from node display, I'd use something like 'taxonomy_hide'; this would be the correct way, and I'd only need 'Taxonomy Access Control Lite Create' if I'd additonally would want to hide the vocabulary from node edit forms for users other than uid=1?

#464116: Add "Create" as an option for TAC :

...This module should strip out terms from the "node create new ..." forms and "update node forms" so only terms that they have access to "Create" appear...
