This fork of the plupload integration module is great. I'm really in need of this to be back-ported to Drupal 6. Any chance the maintainer may be interested in helping?

There is a Drupal 6 module (http://drupal.org/sandbox/protyze/1084060) which establishes some of what Mupload offers but not the nit&gritty cck field widget wrapper which is crucially important to making plupload fully usable for multiple content types.

Hi Thomas, as D7 has still a few issues and is no official module, it's better to release a small but stable D7 only version first.
