Create a Drupal 7 version

Here's a patch against D6 latest but also requires my patch from http://drupal.org/node/504942#comment-4556072, going to see if I can commit a D7 release or if I will need CrookedNumber to do it.

Note this is only an upgrade of the Kiva module. I haven't yet done an upgrade of the KivaFeeds module.

Updating patch cause two of the hunks didn't apply, so instead this patch just goes directly off the current 6.x.-1.x release (no need to apply the other patch).

However, I don't have permissions to create a release, so give it a review when you have a chance and let me know :)

To note, I'm running the D7 version on a dev machine and tested it out with lenders and partners and such, but haven't tested all features yet, so far so good though.

I just added a release for 7.x, if I remember correctly I will need to come back publish the release after it goes through the system, takes a bit of time for dev releases. I'll mark this as resolved once I come back to it.
