Doesn't work with block caching

Hi

If block caching is enabled in Drupal performance settings, the Progress Tracker block doesn't refresh to show the current page.

For example, using the Ubercart example in the readme file. At the 'review order' screen, the progress tracker will still say 'billing & shipping'. Disabling the block cache makes it work fine.
