can't see saved forms

I just downloaded this module as it's exactly what I was looking for, woohoo! I carefully crafted a nice form and then saved it. Then going to 'administer' and 'formbuilder' it says that there is a list of created forms below but nothing shows up. I made another form and saved it again but still nothing shows up. I'm using Drupal v5.1 on a local machine. Any ideas?
