Works fine with Firefox 1.5, and 2.X, and MSIE 6.X. But, the theme is distorted when using MSIE 7.X. The title in the top-most article expands over the the bar that contains the primary links.

May I suggest that you download the latest version (5.x-2.0) and see if this doesn't fix your problem.
