Attachments Not Working

Hi,

I am trying to attach files using the file browser but it does not work. My assumption is that I can drag files from the file browser area to the attachments section and they will appear there to be attached. Is this correct? If not, how is it supposed to work?

Also...it would be good if there was a way to disable the file browser when editing pages.
