[D6] Add hook to register plugin

New feature commited to GIT.

How to use it:
Add to your module following hook:

function MODULENAME_ckeditor_plugin() {
  return array(
        'plugin_name' => array(
            // Name of the plugin used to write it
            'name' => 'plugin_name',
            // Description of plugin - it would be displayed in plugins managment of profile settings
            'desc' => t('Description of plugin'),
            // The full path to the CKEditor plugin directory, with trailing slash.
            'path' => drupal_get_path('module', 'my_module') . '/plugin_dir/',
        )
    );
}

Where MODULENAME is the name of your module.
