Hello,

I think the module 'refine by taxonomy' should be upgraded to 5.1 as it's an essential functionality for taxonomy in my eyes.
Unfortunately I'm not running a commercial site, but I'd be willing to sponsor some work on this as I'd really like to use this module.

I'm the author. It's basically finished, but it needs work to bring it up to my standards for public release.
