Bulk Apply Content Cache Setting + Inventory

Views Content Cache should have a
1) summarized a list if views that have Views Content Cache ON vs. those which have it OFF
2) provide a select list w/ VBO like functionality to select multiple views, then you can bulk apply a specific Views Content Cache configuration to all of them at once

This would make Views Content Cache a much more viable option for caching since it would greatly reduce the amount of time needed to apply its settings site-wide.
