The module doesn't appear to clone Product Features at the moment. I have a lot of repetitive role assignments going on, so I'm probably going to patch this...I should have probably set up Rules instead, but I'm already halfway through cloning products.

I got this http://pastebin.com/LC7ss8Ti far and then realized that it was getting way too complex vs. the expected benefit :( - and I'm already losing on this project.

Anyone, feel free to pick up my work and take a stab if you so wish. There's hardly any there, though, but that long comment should give a head start. (Look at uc_attribute_clone_nodeapi()).
