Epsacrop in Modalframe don't open dialog in IE

Issue Summary

Hi,
I have a modalframe with a node form inside.
In the node form, if I click on "Manage image crops" it opens the jquery ui popup behind the modalframe popup.
This only happens with IE (tested with IE7 and IE8), other browsers work fine.
I attached a little path to fix this issue.
Good job with this module!
