The upgrade should be straight forward (I haven't actually looked in detail, but typically the code for the settings page, and a few other things need to be altered), though of course it would also require some testing with the 5.x version of OG.

Patch attached. Installs, and seems to work with OG after fixing some bugs in my first patch (never uploaded). More testing needed.
