Problems with Forms API docs [#118155]

for 4.7 through HEAD: I think the example code for the date type element is wrong.

for 5.x and HEAD, documentation is missing on the #base attribute.

Ok, for the DRUPAL-5 Forms API reference, I changed all the links from /api/HEAD to /api/5 and committed that change.

Attached patch for the date element should be valid for 4.7-HEAD.

Any feedback appreciated.
