Insert is broken in Safari?

Some users are reporting that Safari displays only code and not the image, after the user clicks on the Upload button.

With Firefox 4 for Mac it works fine however.

I cannot say more about the bug because I myself am working on Windows 7 with Firefox 4, and it works well.

Just wanted to ask if this was a known bug and if there was already a fix for it.
