404 Error : /user/user/taxonomy_menu/taxonomy_menu/taxonomy_menu/tracker?PHPSESSID=803a97e63082cc3609e3b806ab480b9d

The URL seems to be repeating itself /user/user etc

This happens on a 4.5 install....

I've seen a few 404 errors, I haven't been able to dupliate the problem though.

Closing. I've been unable to duplicate this, and I've seen the same behavior for many other elements (/node/node/comment/, etc.), which I've come to conclude are just crazy web robots screwing up.

I had the same problem and was able to fix it by setting $base_url in settings.php.
