Since 'fe_taxonomy_vocabulary' isn't properly escaped, fe_taxonomy_vocabulary_load doesn't work for sites with table prefixes.

Thank you! Patch applied cleanly and has been committed and pushed to 6.x-1.x-dev. Assuming that this works in 7.x-1.x and marking fixed. toleillo reopen this and mark patch (to be ported) if not.
